Do you speak one of these languages: Cantonese, French, Farsi, German, Hungarian, Hebrew, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, and/or Spanish? If so, K-12 prospective and applicant parents are invited to have dinner on campus with current Crossroads parents and employees at language-designated tables for an evening of open conversation. Members of the Crossroads community who are fluent in these languages would like to meet you. This buffet-style dinner is co-sponsored by the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office at Crossroads and will be organized around labeled tables where you can converse in these languages and ask other community members about their own Crossroads experience. Please note that the event is for adults only.
Our K-12 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office provides leadership, guidance, and support to all school DEI initiatives. During this virtual session, you will meet director of DEI, Stephanie Carrillo and members of the DEI team to learn how we foster a culture of equity and inclusion through implementation of curriculum, pedagogy, programs and policies designed to ensure all members of our community feel a strong sense of belonging.
This event invites applicants for grades 6–12 and their families to meet our athletic director and learn about the many sports opportunities available at Crossroads.
