Welcome to Crossroads

We’re so excited to have you join our community!
We understand that joining a new school is a big transition, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. This webpage contains helpful information and resources to guide you.

In late spring or early summer, you’ll receive login credentials to access our school portal, where you’ll find the directory, calendar, class information, school forms and more. Until then, please use this page as your information hub.

If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out. You can email admission@xrds.org, and someone from our Admission team will be happy to assist you.

Welcome

Meet Our Community
These guides introduce you to some key members of our community—with photos, names, titles, and helpful notes on how they support students and families. Whether you have a question or just want to say hello, you’ll know exactly who to reach out to!

Get Familiar with Your Grade

Lookbook
We’re creating lookbooks to help incoming families become familiar with others in their grade-level and division. Please submit a clear, portrait-style, forward-facing photo of your student for inclusion in the lookbook and our online directory by Friday, April 11.

Elementary School photos should be sent to Erika Diaz at ediaz@xrds.org. Note: Elementary School families should also submit a family photo. For more details, view the Welcome Letter (Kindergarten / Grades 1-5).

Middle and Upper School photos should be sent to Erica Woodson at ewoodson@xrds.org.

Join the Summer Fun

Summer Programs
Crossroads offers a variety of enriching summer experiences for students of all ages! Whether your child is looking for a fun summer camp with hands-on activities, academic credit courses, or time in the pool, there’s something for everyone.

Our newly enrolled Kindergarten students will have a dedicated two-week session from July 14-25 designed to help ease them into their new school environment, start building connections with their classmates, and get to know the supportive faculty and staff. Led by our dedicated teachers, our Kindergarten summer program fosters a warm and engaging introduction to life at Crossroads! This time also allows us to learn more about each student, helping us thoughtfully create our two Kindergarten classes for the fall. While not mandatory, we highly encourage participation. More details coming soon!

  • What school lunch options are available?

For Elementary School students, in addition to bringing lunch from home, we also offer school lunch through our food vendor Bevaris. Middle and Upper School students have a variety of food stations to choose from on campus. Parents can add money to their child’s school ID card, which students can then use as a “debit card.” Parents can use an app to track purchases and add more funds to the card. Students can also pay via cash, credit/debit card or ApplePay (for Upper School students only, as Middle School students are not allowed to have their phones during the school day). More info will be provided before school starts.
