Varsity Baseball beat Fairfax 6-5

The Crossroads Baseball team remained red hot this week winning all 3 games and improving to a perfect 6-0 on the season. In 15 years of history on MaxPreps no Crossroads Baseball started the season winning the first 6 games. On Saturday Crossroads defeated Fairfax 6 to 5, Leo Rochman started on the mound and delivered 4 solid innings. Myles Smith was the MVP of the game getting on base 3 times, with 4 stolen bases and scoring 3 of the 6 runs. Jeremey Fried picked up 2 key RBI’s and Ryan Bley continued to show why he’s so important as he got on base 2 of 4 times, stole a base and scored a key run.  Khalfani Muhammad-Coney continued his offensive production getting on base 3 of 4 times and Max Neuwirth continued his clutch hitting with a go-ahead RBI and also captured his 2nd win of the year on the mound striking out 6 batters in 2 2/3
