Roadrunners Head into EOE Trip with Two Wins This Week

Thursday they beat Archer in two, finishing the regular season strong. “There were some nice rallies and the passing looked terrific,” said Coach DeCraene who noted that her team’s transitions off the net looked great, opening up the lane for the setters to make some great sets. Tahlia Chorna did a great job switching it up and delivering a variety of plays while also delivering some strong serves throughout. Kate Friedman hustled to the ball and Lexie Aronson’s mobility at the net led to some good blocks and attacks.  Ally Thau had a strong serving run and dug some good balls.   Zahara Reed and Anayeli Medina looked good at the net moving to balls and attempting to block attacks.  Sasha Hakim continued to be solid as an outside hitter and was a dependable passer on the court. Coach Leanne said, “we are looking forward to playoffs when we return from EOE!!
