Thanks to generations of donors, Crossroads has been able to flourish and grow into one of the premier independent schools in the nation. All that our students enjoy today is made possible by the vision and generosity of parents, alumni, grandparents, parents of alumni, friends, faculty and staff who believe an investment in our School is a worthy commitment. As a nonprofit organization, philanthropic support allows Crossroads to attract and retain outstanding teachers; remain accessible to a diverse student population; and, most importantly, to enrich the educational experiences of our students.
Annual Giving
The term Annual Giving applies to a range of giving methods that make up nine percent of the School’s annual operating budget, including the Crossroads Fund and the PA Spring Event Fundraiser.
The Crossroads Fund
The Crossroads Fund—formerly known as the Annual Fund—is the most important source of fundraising for the School. Every year, we ask the Crossroads community to support our extraordinary School with a tax-deductible contribution to the Crossroads Fund, helping us provide every student with an educational experience that is uniquely Crossroads. The Crossroads Fund supports academic and extracurricular programming; the arts; athletics; financial aid; teacher salaries; and so much more. Donors to the Crossroads Fund are recognized in our Annual Report.

  • The K-12 Parent Association Fundraiser

Every year, the Parent Association presents a series of parties (known as Party Book) and a spring event to raise critical funds for Financial Aid at Crossroads through ticket sales, raffles, auctions and more. The spring event is chockful of dancing, entertainment and surprises and is not-to-be-missed. Purchases made through Party Book and the spring event support Annual Giving; however, they do not count toward the Crossroads Fund.
  • Gift Planning

The Robert Frost Legacy Society honors those who have included Crossroads School in their wills, trusts or life insurance. There are a wide variety of planned giving options that allow you to generously support Crossroads School while improving your own financial and tax situation.
