Summer at Crossroads

Grades 9-12

Summer at Crossroads has created six weeks of programming for our Upper School students with one-week intensives, five weeks of credit classes and some four-week elective options. We are excited to offer a summer program with a range of classes for students to continue pursuing their academic studies, and to explore other fun opportunities.
 
Students may select one class or several to create a full-day schedule. However, students enrolled in academic credit classes will have considerable amounts of homework and are reminded to consider limiting their summer course selections. 
 
Students enrolled in academic credit classes will receive grades, grade reports and transcripts. An academic credit form is required to have grades and transcripts sent to a student’s home school. This form should be submitted to the student’s home school for approval prior to enrolling in the summer programs. This form is not required for Crossroads students.

Enrollment Information

To remain consistent with Crossroads School policies regarding COVID-19 vaccinations and to ensure the safest campus as possible, all students must be up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccinations to attend any Summer at Crossroads program.

Vaccine screening is a requirement for all students who want to be enrolled at Summer at Crossroads 2022.

Non-Crossroads and entering students will need to use the form linked below to upload their COVID-19 vaccine card and a current photo. After we have confirmed your student’s COVID-19 vaccine status, we will send you the link for enrollment via email, beginning March 14.

Current Crossroads students are not required to send this information via this form, as that information is already on file with the School. Click here to enroll a current Crossroads student (log in required).

Daily Program Schedule

For One-Week Intensives

Students may sign up for one period, or both to create a full-day schedule.

Fees & Materials

Summer course fees include all class materials, supplies, field trip expenses and a t-shirt. Books are not provided for Upper School courses. A book list will be provided in May. Students in grades 6-12 are expected to bring notebooks, paper, pencils and pens to class on the first day.  


Lunch/Snack

Food is available for purchase at the 21st Street Campus during snack and lunch. Students can pay with cash or XCards. A menu will be posted in June.


Extended Care

There is no extended care on the 21st Street Campus, however, several classes meet from 1-4 p.m., 1-5 p.m. and 3:15-5 p.m. The Paul Cummins Library is open until 5 p.m. for students.
