In our four-week Rise & Splash Swim program, children have an hour of small group swim lessons tailored to their individual abilities. They become more aware of their body movement within the water, gain overall cardiovascular conditioning and strength while fostering a love for the sport. In addition to the lessons, there are supervised active play which allow for learning through guided exploration; furthermore, they are led through pertinent land stretches and exercises that help increase their range of motion, decrease the chances for injury and further educate them to the appropriate muscle groups involved in swimming.
In our one-week swim camps, children are provided the opportunity to learn and enhance their aquatics skills through stroke clinics offered by our swim coaches and instructors. Each session includes aquatic games and activities to further foster a love for aquatics.
Children who would like to get introduced to competitive swimming can join our Novice Swim Team that meets three days per week, for four weeks.
Does your child need to learn how to swim? No problem! We also offer Saturday swim lessons during Spring, Summer and Fall.
