Employment
Medical Insurance
Full-time employees are given the option to choose between an Anthem Blue Cross PPO, an Anthem Blue Cross health savings account (HSA), an Anthem HMO or a Kaiser HMO medical plan. Crossroads currently pays 100% for the premium of the HSA and both HMO plans. There is a monthly cost to the employee for the Anthem PPO plan. Crossroads also contributes to the cost of premiums for spouse/partner and dependent coverage.

Dental Insurance
Crossroads offers a PPO plan through Assurant at no cost to the employee. Crossroads contributes toward the premium for plans that have spouse/partner and dependent coverage.

Vision Insurance
Crossroads pays 100% for an employee vision care plan through VSP. Crossroads contributes toward the premium for plans that have spouse/partner and dependent coverage.

Retirement Savings Plan
Crossroads offers pre-tax and Roth retirement plans through TIAA-CREF. Employees can participate in a traditional or a ROTH IRA retirement savings plan.

Crossroads will make contributions to the plan for new employees based upon the number of years of full time employment at a non-profit accredited educational institution to the Group Retirement Annuity. With no previous work experience at an educational institution, the contribution will match up to 1% of salary in years one and two, and then contribute 1% of salary without a match for the third year of service.  For every year after 3 years of full-time service, the Crossroads contribution will increase by 1% per year, until it reaches a maximum of 8% in year 10.
