General Information
Enrollment:
Enrollments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Courses will have different minimum and maximum enrollment requirements. An acknowledgement will be sent upon receipt of your enrollment. Courses will continue to enroll until one week prior to their start dates. If there is not sufficient enrollment to offer a course, you will be contacted by phone. A week prior to the first class meeting you will receive confirmation including the room assignment of the courses for which you have enrolled.
Location:
All classes will meet at the 21st Street Campus of Crossroads School with the exception of the Contemporary Art in Los Angeles course, which meets at local museums and galleries and Aqua Aerobics, which meets at the swimming pool at the Norton Campus.
Parking on Campus:
Parking for the adult courses is available on 21st Street and the parking lot on 22nd Street. Parking in the alley is not recommended due to stack parking required for other events that may take place on campus. Parking at Norton Campus is available off of 18th Street behind the pool.
Participation:
All participants must be at over 18 years of age. Current students are not permitted to enroll in courses in this program.
Payments and Fees:
Payment in full is due at the time of enrollment. Spaces are not held without payment. Book, laboratory, and material fees, unless otherwise noted, are included with tuition.
Tuition will not be prorated due to absence. VISA and MasterCard are accepted for payment in full only. Specific information is required and is listed on the enrollment form.
There is a $35.00 fee on all returned checks or invalid or returned charge card payment requests.
Refunds:
There are no refunds. The School contracts with faculty and assumes material and other costs based upon opening enrollment. As a withdrawal by a participant does not change the School’s obligation and expense, the institution is not able to issue a refund except in the case of a cancelled class.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on campus.
